Ahoy, Jenna, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you had such a great time with the Disney Lorcana activities on your recent cruise aboard the Disney Magic. There's something special about meeting other Illumineers, trading cards to update your collection, and playing games together.
At the time of writing this, Disney hasn’t announced any expansion of Lorcana experiences on board Disney Cruise Line ships. The activities on the Disney Magic were a limited-time offering, similar to how the Disney Treasure hosted Lorcana collection quests and activities on a limited-time basis in 2025.
That said, I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Disney Cruise Line website for any updates that may come out between now and embarkation day.
In any case, you’re absolutely welcome to bring your Lorcana decks on board and enjoy casual play with Illumineers you meet along the way. You'll also be prepared in case Lorcana activities happen to pop up in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you’re on board!
Here's some fun extra information for you, Jenna: I looked up your sailing and have some details about the themed nights! The schedule is subject to change, but it currently looks like your cruise will have a formal night on Day 2 (At Sea),
Mickey and Minnie's Holiday Party on Day 3 (Cozumel),
Pirate Night on Day 4 (George Town, Grand Cayman), and a semi-formal night on Day 6 (At Sea). You'll be able to confirm the timing of these in the app once you board the ship.
Now, before we part ways today, I have to say how excited I am for you to experience the
Disney Treasure. You'll notice it's much larger than the Disney Magic. I love the cozy atmosphere of the smaller ships, but it's also fun to see the grandeur of the larger ones. When you step into the Grand Hall of the Disney Treasure, take time to notice the bronze statue of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine, the beautiful artwork, intricate floor designs, lanterns, and more.
The Haunted Mansion Parlor and
Skipper Society are must-see spots on the ship, too.
