    I recently returned from the world and could not find an item i wanted at downtown disney.I had read somewhere on the panel of a phone number that could be called to maybe find the item is this correct? Thanks for your help,sailing on FANTASY in june can't

    I think we've all been there with "I wish I had..." when it comes to shopping while at WDW!  And thankfully, WDW does have some help available.  You can call 1-877-560-6477 or email wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com for help finding an item that you'd still like to purchase.
