    I recently returned from a 9 day trip to Disney World. I purchased a package that included a memory book (I think it's connected to Shutterfly. . .maybe). I do not know how to claim that book. Can someone tell me where to go for that.

        What you received in your package is called Disney's Photo Book.  You can design (place pictures and text on the pages) and claim that Photo Book at www.disneyphotpass.com  You can click here to see all of the photo products that PhotoPass offers.
