I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your lightsaber. Did you happen to build it at
Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge or purchase it at one of the other
Disneyland Resort shops? If so, I recommend that you call and speak with a Cast Member from Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477. Be prepared to explain the problem you’re having with the lightsaber in detail, and if you happen to have your original receipt from your purchase, it’s a good idea to have that handy as well.
