    We recently renewed our year passes, will we be getting new magic bands ?? Our old ones do not seem to be working as well as they should ! If yes how do we go about selecting the color ?

    Congratulations on another year of Walt Disney World fun! Yes, when you renew your annual pass, you will have the opportunity to customize and receive a new MagicBand for each passholder. Soon after your renewal, when you sign into your My Disney Experience account, you should see that option under the MagicBands and Card section. 

    When I customize my family's annual pass MagicBands each year, I add the two-digit year after each of our names to be sure I always know which is the most recent MagicBand since we each have several. 

    I've been a Florida resident passholder for almost 20 years, and I can tell you that this may be the bestyear yet to be in the annual passholder family. During the 45th anniversary celebration, which continues through September 30 2017, passholders receive a 20 percent merchandise discount and special 20 percent savings at 45 restaurants. Make sure you check out all the latest passholder benefits and discounts
