    I recently renewed my magic key, but a year ago when it first became available it said we would receive a welcome box. I purchased my key the first day they became available and never received it. Could I still have it sent?

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by. My husband and I also became Magic Key Pass holders last year, and we had a blast this past year! 

    It seems like your original Magic Key Pass purchase was indeed eligible for the original welcome package offered last year. Since you didn't get it in the mail, it may be worth calling the Disneyland Resort at (714) 781-7277 and talking to the Cast Members who specialize in helping Magic Key Pass holders. 

    I hope you can track your package, Sofia, and that you can make the most of your time at the Disneyland Resort with your newly-renewed Magic Key Pass!
