I recently renewed my annual pass online and was wondering how I get an updated Annual Passholder Card? Do I need to pick that up from Guest Relations or will it be mailed to me with my new Magic Band and slider? Thank you!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mary! I’ve been an Annual Passholder for two years and am already planning on renewing next year! It’s the perks, discounts, and that adorable little slider I can’t do without!

You can pick up a fresh Annual Passholder card at the ticket windows, just like you did when you first activated your pass. My card has two years on it, so I’ve been able to keep the same card for quite some time. Next year when I renew, I’ll pick up a fresh one. You can also grab a new slider at the Annual Passholder help desk, too. I plan on visiting Magic Kingdom City Hall during my next visit. If you’ve customized and approved your AP MagicBand, you’ll receive the slider in that box… it’s very small, as you know, so be sure to unpack the box carefully and remove the tab. Don’t forget about those special AP magnets that have been released over the past few seasons. I’ve added Christmas Lights Mickey, Flower & Garden Minnie and Summertime Donald to my collection. I’m super ready to snag Chef Mickey from Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival next week.

If I can help you with any other Annual Passholder issues please let me know. You and me, we’re in a club now! ~ Lindsey P.
