I recently renewed my Annual Pass, do I need to go to Guest Relations to get a new AP card for my discounts?

    Hi Yvette!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I love being an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World. The benefits and discounts really come in handy when I visit my favorite place!

Last time I renewed my pass, I did not have to go to the Guest Relations window for a new card. My original one was still valid. If you've changed pass types or they have any issues, they may ask you to head there to make sure everything is in order. Otherwise, you should be fine using your old Annual Pass card or your MagicBand that the card is attached to.  As always, it's a good idea to have a valid photo ID with you in case there are any questions.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
