I recently received my photopass cd in the mail and discovered that the photos of my dd meeting Tiana & Naveen in LS are missing. Is there a way to request a photo of the two of them, preferable in digital form, to put in dd"s autograph book?

    Hi, Megan!

I'm so sorry to hear that the photos of your daughter meeting Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen are missing from your PhotoCD. I recommend contacting the Disney's PhotoPass Cast Members right away. While they can't guarantee that they'll be able to recover your photos, they will do everything possible to locate them for you. When you are logged into Disney's PhotoPass website, simply click on 'help' where you will be given all sorts of options. You can call them at 407.560.4300 or you can also email them and explain your situation. There is a pretty extensive online help section that can assist you as well. If there is any way to locate those missing photos, they'll get it done for you!

As far as getting a picture of Princess Tiana and Price Naveen, I would check out your Photo Gallery that came on your PhotoCD.The Photo Gallery on your CD contains lots of beautiful photos that were taken around the Walt Disney World Resort! I have occasionally seen Character photos populate into the PhotoCD's and you just never know which ones could be there!

I sure hope this helps, Megan! Please let us know if you have any additional questions we can assist with!

    Have a Pixie Dusted day!
