Hi there, I recently got a really bad back injury and won’t be able to go to Disneyland next week on June 7th as I had originally planned. Is there any way I can change my ticket to a different date ?

Dear Jasmine, thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Your name is lovely, fit for a princess!

I’m very sorry to hear about your back injury. I’m also sorry that your trip to Disneyland Resort will need to be rescheduled.

Hakuna Matata, Jasmine. It means no worries! Your ticket will remain linked to your account for future use. Tickets typically have a long runway to use them. You can contact Ticket Services to confirm the exact expiration date of your ticket, and once you’re ready to make plans, you can visit the reservation availability calendar again to select a new date. Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance.

Sending you a pinch of pixie dust to heal your back and get to the magic real soon!
