Hi, I recently read that you can substitute your dessert on the counter service dining plan for a snack item on the menu if you do it during the same transaction. Is this true?

    Hi Teresa,

It is my understanding that what you read is true.  Over the past few months, several changes were implemented within the rules and guidelines of The Disney Dining Plan program and you will now be able to exchange your Quick-Service dessert or Non-alcoholic beverage option for an eligible snack on the menu at participating locations as long as this is done within one single transaction.

Hope this helps and be sure to let me know if I can answer any additional questions as your magical vacation approaches.

    Best wishes,

    Amanda F.
