Hi, I recently read a response regarding room requests and it said to cntact WDW and ask for back office or room assignments. Would this be on the general number or with the resorts directly? Many thanks Karen

    Hi Karen,

My recommendation if you have a specific request, view, etc. in mind is that you contact the general number, and follow-up with a call to your specific resort about a week before your actual arrival.  This way, the main reservation agent (at the general number) can note your request on your reservation at the time of booking, and the follow-up call to the actual resort just prior to your arrival will be at the hotel itself as they block rooms for incoming guests.  While requests are not guaranteed, I think this will increase the likelihood of your needs being met.

As an aside, if you need help locating the direct-dial number for a specific resort, just click HERE for a listing of the front desk at each location.

    Have a great trip!
