Hi there! I recently read in one of the Disney guidebooks that if the parks are full and closed to the public, guests staying at the Disney resorts are still allowed in. Is this true and if so, does it also apply to the Swan & Dolphin? Thanks so much

    Hello Kim!

The answer to your question is YES!!!!  When a Disney Theme Park meets its attendance capacity, the park will then begin the process to restrict park entrance in phases.  The first phase affects Disney Cast Members and their families.  The second phase consists of closing the park  to guests who are not staying at a Disney Resort.  The third and final phase will then affect those who are staying at a Disney Resort.  The Swan and Dolphin Resorts are not Disney Resorts, so unfortunately, these guests would be considered part of the second phase.

    Have a MAGICAL day!
