Hello Liam!
Welcome back again to planDisney! I loved staying with my little ones at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort a few years ago. It felt like a tropical escape with its colorful buildings and sandy spots with hammocks throughout. One of the best-hidden dining spots on all Walt Disney World Resort property is located at this Resort!
Sebastian's Bistro is an all-you-care-to-enjoy feast of Caribbean flavors.
Preferred Rooms at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort have two types of bedroom configurations. You may get a room with 2 Queen Beds or 2 Queen Beds with a single child-size pull-down bed. The Queen Beds do not fold down like other Resort rooms and are stationary. There is a small table with two chairs in the corner of the room. If you get a 5th Sleeper room the bed can fold up and become a seating area as well. (Not the most comfortable though.) The room is about 300 square feet or 27.9 square meters. It's not the biggest room on Walt Disney World Resort property but it is enough for the business of lounging, sleeping, and recuperating for your next Park day.
I would take time to explore your Resort and find areas to relax. I especially love exploring Old Port Royale which is the main building for this Resort. Preferred rooms are located closest to Old Port Royale and it is here that you can find dining, shopping, and quite a few seating areas for people-watching.
I hope this helps and you have a lovely time!
Happy Planning!
