I recently purchased a weekday season pass for my trip in a couple of weeks and have been charged for the ticket but as of yet I have not recieved me e-mail confirmation number. How do I go about picking up my ticket when I check in?

    Hi there, Gary!

We Florida residents sure get to benefit from many of Disney's promotions! The Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass is just one of the many options available to us.

When you arrive at Walt Disney World, you will want to head to one of the four Parks and go to a Will-Call window. The Cast Member at the window will want to see your proof of residency and might also ask for the credit card you used when you made the transaction, although that is not necessarily going to occur.

Using your name and address, the Cast Member will be able to find you in the system and print out your weekday pass.

I'd suggest bringing with you a printed copy of the credit card statement showing the charge on your account; most credit cards offer that service online.

In the meantime, please give a call to (407) W-DISNEY and explain the issue to the Cast Member. That person should be able to provide your confirmation number - or route you through to the department that can.

    Enjoy your pass!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
