I recently purchased two tickets for a one day trip but I had to cancel them after all. I was wondering if i can get a refund or are the tickets still valid and if so until when can i use them? How does it work thank you.

Hey there, Ashley! Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney with your question. I’m so sorry to hear you had to cancel your trip.

While tickets are non-refundable, I am pleased to share you have some time to use them. For instance, most one-day tickets purchased in 2022 are valid until December 30, 2023. You can confirm the exact expiration of your tickets by contacting Ticket Services.

The unused tickets will remain linked to your Disneyland account. Once you are ready to make a new reservation, you can go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, Make Park Reservations. Reservations can be made 120 days in advance, so as soon as you have new dates in mind, you’ll want to start checking reservation availability

Wishing you magic and adventure once you’re able to get to the parks, Ashley! Come back and see us if you have more planning questions.

    See ya real soon,
    Kamini
