I recently purchased some tickets and I tried to make the reservation but it said it was unable to make it . I was wondering if that meant my ticket date will change or will I get a reservation at all??

    Hi Angel,

Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney, and thanks for your question!

It's so great to hear you have purchased theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort. It's also great to hear that you were working to make theme park reservations to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

It sounds, though, that maybe you were not able to complete your theme park reservations. One suggestion I can offer you is to take a look at your "My Theme Park Reservations" page to see if you have theme park reservations that display for you.

If you do have the theme park tickets you purchased, and you do not yet have your theme park reservations. you can visit the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" page and follow the prompts to "Make Park Reservations."  It's a good idea to first take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see that the theme parks do have reservations available for the dates you wish to visit.

Angel, if you have questions about your theme park tickets, you can give a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. It's helpful to keep in mind that wait times to speak with a Cast Member for assistance could be running longer than is typical.

Angel, here's hoping you get your reservations made to enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks. If you'd like recommendations as you make your plans, just ask us here at planDisney. We're always happy to help share suggestions based on our own vacations to "The Happiest Place on Earth."

And here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
