Hi Tracy!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad that you're hEAR. Thank you so much for sending this
Disneyland Resort vacation planning question our way!
Oh dEAR! I'm so sorry that you're having a bit of ticket trouble. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to peek inside your
My Disneyland Account to see what's going on. However, I have a guess - I think what might have happened was that you canceled the
Park Pass Reservations of your original tickets, not the tickets themselves.
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets are generally non-refundable, but I agree that the 'cancel' button is a bit confusing. (You're definitely not the first one who's made this mistake.)
The good news is that while
Disneyland Theme Park Admission Tickets do have expiration dates, the value of what you paid for them is valid forever. To use these tickets in the future you'll need to call the friendly and helpful Cast Members at the
Theme Park Ticket helpline. Their phone number is
(714) 781-4636. You're also more than welcome to call this number to see if there is anything they can do about your now duplicate tickets.
Pro Tip - Be sure to print, take screenshots, take screenshots and email to yourself, etc, the original purchase receipt and/or the tickets how you see them in your
Disneyland Mobile App or
My Disneyland Account so they'll be easy to find when you'd like to upgrade them later on.
I'm so sorry about the mixup, Tracy! But I do hope that you have a blast visiting Mickey's house so soon! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Instagram account for all kinds of tips and tricks. And if you have any more
