    I recently purchased tickets online but need to change the date and tier type. How can I go about this?

    I would like to begin by welcoming you to planDisney, WELCOME! We are so happy to have you visiting us today and even happier to hEAR that you have an upcoming trip planned.

    Great News! I was able to find the contact phone number that you can use to call so that you can purchase a different tiered ticket. The phone number you will want to call is (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there will be happy to either refund your existing ticket, or use it towards the purchase of a different tiered ticket. Just be prepared to pay the price difference between the two.

    Once you’ve taken care of your Theme Park tickets, be sure to schedule your Theme Park reservations. I do see that your trip is later this month, YAY! Only a little bit longer until you're finally able to return to The Happiest Place on Earth. I’m so excited for you!

    Once you have secured your Theme Park reservations, you will be ready to enjoy your Return to a Land of Magic. I hope you have The Best Day Ever and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
