Hi, so we recently purchased tickets to magic kingdom bur we arent able to reserve a time because the park is booked for the day. Do we have any options of entering the park at all or getting refunded and purchasing tickets for a later date

    Hi there, Jose!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It looks like you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a couple of days - your wait is almost over! I'm happy to discuss your options for making the most of your day in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. You've got a friend in me!

Jose, if you purchased a single-day One Park Per Day theme park ticket, you would have made your theme park reservation at the time of purchase. You can confirm this by visiting the "My Plans" section of My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Scroll down to the section titled "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Do you see a theme park reservation listed for Magic Kingdom Park on the day you were hoping to visit? If so, you're good to go! If not, I encourage you to try making a theme park reservation again. At this time, the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar shows availability for all four theme parks for the date of your visit!

If you find that you don't have a theme park reservation yet and Magic Kingdom Park doesn't have remaining availability for that date, I encourage you to make a theme park reservation for one of the other fantastic theme parks, Jose. If you'd still like to visit Magic Kingdom Park on that day, consider adding the Park Hopper option to your ticket - this can be done at any Guest Relations booth at the theme parks or by calling the Existing Tickets phone line. With the Park Hopper option, you'll be able to "hop" to Magic Kingdom Park after 2:00 p.m. (subject to change and availability)!

Jose, if you'd rather visit on another day, you may change the valid use date of your ticket as long as it's unused and unexpired. To complete this change, simply visit a Guest Relations booth at one of the theme parks, stop by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the Existing Tickets phone line for assistance! I hope that you find this information helpful, Jose. I'm wishing you the rootin'est tootin'est time at The Most Magical Place on Earth! If you have any additional questions before or during your visit, feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime.

    To infinity and beyond,

    Lauren
