Hiya, Jodi!I’m sorry to learn your friend won’t be able to go with you when you visit the Disneyland Resort. But I’m happy to hear that your other daughter may be able to go in her place. Family fun days at The Happiest Place on Earth are simply magical!Yes, in some cases, it’s OK to transfer a ticket to another Guest, even if their name is not linked to it when the ticket was purchased. There are some important requirements to keep in mind:
Tony’s Tip: I had a similar circumstance not too long ago. At the last minute, a member of our party was unable to go on a trip to the Disneyland Resort. So we gave their unused ticket to a friend that lives in Southern California. We texted a screenshot of the Disney eTicket to our friend, who used it to enter the park and meet up with us after we had already entered that day. Even though our friend’s name was not linked to the ticket, it worked out OK. The Cast Member at the park entrance took a photo of our friend and linked it to the ticket. That way, our friend could continue using the ticket, including for park re-entry, without having to match the name on the ticket.I hope you and your daughters have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Jodi!~Tony
