Shannon from WA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I recently purchased park hopper tickets. I wanted to line up my days with the group I am going with, but picked the wrong park first on all the days. Can I change my reservation?

Hi there, Shannon. Welcome to planDisney. We’re glad you’ve stopped by with your question for us.

If you wish to switch your park reservation from one park to another, you can definitely do so, provided that spots are still available. Before you change your reservation, please be sure to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see if the park you wish to visit is available on the day you’re visiting with your group.

In order to switch parks, you’ll need to cancel your current park reservation. Then, return to the “Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page and under “If you’ve already purchased a ticket:”, click on “Make Park Reservations”. Pick the date and new park you wish to visit and confirm your selections. Once your new reservation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a new QR code.

I hope this information is helpful for you. Please don’t hesitate to write us again if you have more trip-planning questions. Be sure to visit Disneyland.com or Disney Parks Blog for the latest park news!

    Have a magical day,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
