    i recently purchased orlando florida disney park tickets for May 6, 2020 then for May 12-14, 2020. However, i noticed that the confirmation letters are in Spanish. Is this correct? Also, I can’t seem to link these park ticket to my account.

    The atmosphere is fresh, beautiful, and colorful at the Walt Disney World Resort during May! I’m so glad to hear that you’ll be visiting this spring!

    When purchasing Walt Disney World Resort park tickets directly from the site, they should link to your account automatically. You can visit the Walt Disney World Resort “All Tickets & Passes” page to buy and link tickets at once! If any confirmation letters directly from Walt Disney World are incorrect, you can call for assistance! A friend of Mickey’s will be happy to help you!

    Now, if you’ve purchased theme park tickets from a third-party seller, you should contact that particular vendor directly concerning the language mix-up of your confirmation letters. But, if you are able to see the confirmation number, you should be able to visit the “My Plans” page of the Walt Disney World website and select “Park Tickets” to enter your confirmation numbers.

    If you still find yourself falling down the rabbit hole, I highly recommend calling for assistance. The team of pals waiting to help you is amazing!
