Hello, we recently purchased 2 - one day tickets for our visit in December, December 7th and December 12th. Is it possible to change the day of the one ticket from December 7th to December 8th. We did choose to have the tickets mailed to us if that matters

    Hiya Erin! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm excited about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! A trip in December means that the parks and resorts will be decked out in holiday décor and wonderful displays all around. I love visiting during this time of year because there is that extra bit of magic that makes it all more special!

You can absolutely change the date of your ticket if needed. The easiest way to do so is by linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account and logging on to make the change. Head over to the Walt Disney World website and click on "My Disney Experience" in the top toolbar. If you don't have an account, you can create one here. If so, just simply enter your login information. Once logged in, select "Park Tickets" followed by "Link Tickets". You'll need to enter your specific Ticket ID Code here, which can either be found near the barcode on the back of your physical ticket or in the confirmation email sent to you.

Now that your tickets are linked, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets" and select "Tickets & Memory Maker". There should be a "Change Ticket" option located to the right of your tickets. Select this option to change the date. If you have trouble doing this, you can always call the Existing Tickets Line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They should be able to handle this directly over the phone.

Once you have this figured out, make sure to secure your theme park reservations for the parks you want to visit on select days. Theme park reservations are required along with valid park tickets for entry into the parks each day. You can make your reservations by logging back into your My Disney Experience account and selecting "Park Reservations" followed by "Make a Park Reservation".

Erin, I hope this information helps you make the changes needed for your stay! Stop back and see us again at planDisney for any additional planning questions!

    See ya real soon!
