I understand you're having trouble locating the confirmation email for your
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. If the email hasn't arrived, double-check your spam or junk folder, as it sometimes ends up there. If you still can't find it, don't worry, your theme park tickets should be linked to the
My Disney Experience account you used for your purchase. Simply log in, hover over 'My Disney Experience,' and select
'My Plans and Tickets.' Scroll down to find the 'Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker' section, where you'll be able to view all tickets purchased under your account.
If you still have trouble locating your confirmation number or need help navigating the website, you can
call Disney, and a friendly Cast Member will help you get everything sorted out before your adventure. It's always a good idea to make sure everything is linked correctly before you arrive, so you can book
Lightning Lanes as soon as they become available.
Bonus tip: Before I head to Walt Disney World, I always remind Guests to explore the
My Disney Experience app. With it, you can order food and get directions to popular attractions, restrooms, and more. The app is extremely helpful, and it's always beneficial to familiarize yourself with its features before you arrive.
