The merchandise at
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers is truly one of a kind. We just surprised my nephew with his own experience custom-building a lightsaber under the expert guidance of the Gatherers as a birthday gift this year, and I'd like to think I win some "Cool Aunt" points for that!
Jennifer, I visited Savi's Workshop earlier this week to ask one of the Cast Members directly about your question. They instructed me that Guests purchasing and shipping merchandise from the Disneyland Resort shops will receive two receipts, one for the purchase of the item(s) and one for the shipping. On this second receipt, detailing your shipping address, there should be a tracking number at the bottom. Unfortunately, there is no mechanism to preserve the data or look up tracking information later.
I regularly ship items home from Disneyland Resort because it saves space in my luggage and I also find the shipping rates to be quite reasonable. You can request this service from select
shops around the Disneyland Resort and a Cast Member will be able to estimate the cost and the window of delivery dates. I have had to wait up to 14 days to receive my items in the past. So, I'm hoping that your lightsaber is still on its way! After all, "Rebellions are built on hope."
One other recommendation is to contact the
