Hi, I recently purchased the Incredipass for my wife, my son and I. My son and I are going to DW next week, but my wife is not able to join us this time around. Am I able to pick up her pass if we are all on the same account and other reservations together

Hey, howdy, hey, Jeffrey, and welcome to planDisney. Congrats to your family on joining the wonderful world of the Walt Disney World Resort Passholder program. Once my family became Annual Passholders, we started to enjoy the theme park attractions and dining experiences even more. We never feel rushed during our vacations and truly enjoy the benefits of being a Passholder. You will too.

Walt Disney World is very specific about proof of identification with regard to tickets and annual passes and while I have been able to pick up annual pass cards for my children in the past, my wife always needed to be present for her to receive her annual pass card. Currently, Disney requires all Passholders to be present when receiving their passes. Your wife will be able to get her pass on her next visit to the "place where dreams come true."

When you purchase an annual pass online through My Disney Experience or through the My Disney Experience app you will be prompted to print out a redemption certificate. Redemption may be done at any theme park ticket window, Guest Relations window, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Remember, the annual pass expires 365 days after the first time you enter a theme park. You have 12 months to activate the annual pass before it is subject to increases in price.

planDisney Pro Tip: Once you have your annual pass connected to your My Disney Experience account create a Disney MagicMobile pass. These digital passes will help you move through the Theme Park and Lightning Lane Entrances with ease. However, you should bring your Passholder Card and a valid photo ID to receive Passholder dining and merchandise discounts.

Jeffrey, I hope this information is helpful and please write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
