If you purchased your
theme park tickets from the Disneyland Resort website, then you should've received a confirmation email already (they usually come within 30-60 minutes of your purchase) - regardless of your payment method.
If you haven't already, I would recommend checking your spam filter, or searching your email inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation." If that doesn't work, you can try looking on the
My Plans hub. Since you have to be logged in to your Disney account when purchasing theme park tickets on the Disneyland Resort website, they will typically show up on this page after your purchase.
If you're not seeing it in either place, another place to check is your Paypal account to confirm that the purchase went through - it's possible the ticket purchase may not have been completed.
Lastly, if you're still running into an issue finding your tickets but confirmed that the payment went through then I would suggest
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line. They should be able to look at the specific details of your situation and give a detailed answer on what to do next.
