    I recently purchased Disneyland tickets with Disney Genie. When I follow the steps to create a theme park reservation, an alert, “ This pass has reached its theme park reservations limit.” Is this expected behavior? It appears reservations we automatic.

    Ryan, when I made my Disneyland Resort theme park ticket purchase just last week, during the ticket selection process I distinctly remember that I had to select a specific date I wanted to visit before purchasing my ticket. That in essence was my Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservation day and it is stored in my Disney account.

    I recommend you check your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations by signing in to your Disney account online and then select View My Park Reservations by accessing the Ticket and Reservation Details link via the My Disneyland planning area. If you do not see your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations please contact Disneyland Resort - Tickets for direct support.

    Tips:
    Access your purchased Disney Genie+ Service using the Disneyland Mobile App to save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance, plus, you will enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass Service attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day.

    Summon the complimentary Disney Genie from the Disneyland Mobile App to enter your preferred attractions, experiences and dining and the Disney Genie will continuously offer approximate wait times for attraction standby and Lightning Lane queues as well as suggested information for dining to help streamline your day.
