Hi there Pankaj,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question!
According to the
eTickets Terms & Conditions page,
theme park tickets are non-refundable. However, there is quite a bit of flexibility for how you're still able to use this ticket!
It's always unfortunate when our plans change, but this ticket that you purchased can still be used by you or someone else in your party the next time you decide to visit the Disneyland Resort. It just needs to be used before the ticket's expiration date!
Even if the ticket does expire before you're able to use it, you can still apply the value of that ticket toward the purchase of another ticket equal to or greater in value for a future trip.
A couple of things to keep in mind, though. Since this is a 1-day ticket, you'll want to check the ticket tier. The
ticket tiers have certain blockout days throughout the year, with fewer blockout days for the higher tier numbers. If your future plans include a visit date that is higher than your current ticket's tier then you can
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to upgrade the ticket and pay the difference.
Additionally, when you do decide to use this ticket for a future visit, make sure to make a
theme park reservation as well! You need both valid theme park tickets and theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit the Disneyland Resort.
Thank you again for this question, Pankaj! I hope you have a fantastic time visiting the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
