I recently purchased 3 3-day tickets for January of 2021 with the park hopper option. Given the current situation, I would like to change the tickets to just single park tickets without the park hopper. How can I do that?

    Welcome to planDisney, Jessica!

Jessica, just as the Genie was there for Aladdin, we at planDisney are here for you! If your wish is to modify your 3-day park hopper ticket, then... poof! I'm happy to point you in the right direction. Jessica, when I visited the Walt Disney World Resort shortly after reopening, I also needed to modify my ticket, so I appreciate this question. The easiest way to do this is to call into the Existing Tickets line at (407) 566-4985. A Cast Member will be able to pull up your account and discuss your options.

Jessica, as you are modifying your plans, make sure to secure your Disney Park Pass reservations for the parks that you'd like to visit. If you find yourself at Disney's Hollywood Studios on one of your days, I highly recommend the newest attraction, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. This has quickly risen to the top of my favorite attractions list and I love that the main Mouse himself is featured so prominently!

Jessica, I hope this helps as you are looking ahead to your January vacation. If you haven't yet returned to the Walt Disney World Resort you'll find a few things are different, but the Magic is still there and waiting for you. Now more than ever, I savor the moments of fun and hope that your vacation is full of unforgettable memories. Please come on back and see us here at planDisney with any other questions you might have.
