Hi Terri!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
I'm happy to hear you're planning a September visit to Walt Disney World Resort. What a great way to end the summer - with a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! With all there is to see and do, your days will be full of magical moments and you'll be making memories to last a lifetime.
If you have multiple
tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account, you'll sometimes want to make sure certain tickets get used before others. For example, I recently had two tickets linked to my account, a five-day ticket with the
Park Hopper option, and a two-day promotional ticket. I wanted to ensure that the promotional ticket was used first, as it had an expiration date, and I was planning to use the five-day ticket for a family vacation later in the year. While Guests are unable to prioritize tickets themselves in their My Disney Experience accounts, a quick visit to
Guest Relations can get any ticket issues all ironed out.
The friendly Cast Members at Guest Relations can prioritize the tickets in your account, and make sure that when you scan your Magic Band to enter one of Walt Disney World's four theme parks, the correct ticket is used first. When I'm trying to make sure a certain ticket has been prioritized, I'll typically look for a Cast Member at the park entry point that's holding an iPad. These Cast Members can reassure you that the correct ticket has been used to enter the park. Make sure to visit Guest Relations to prioritize your ticket
before entering any of the theme parks when you visit. There are Guest Relations windows conveniently located right outside the entrances of all four theme parks, as well as at the Disney
water parks and
Disney Springs.
I hope this helps with your planning for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!
