    Hi, I recently purchased annual passes from a DVC promotion over the phone with a Disney representative. I keep hearing about these mysterious certificates I should have, but I have not yet received anything. When will I receive them?

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! I love all the benefits I receive - especially the discounts! I took advantage of a DVC promotion to renew my Annual Pass late last year. I didn't receive a certificate, but I could locate my annual passes in my My Disney Experience account under 'My Reservations and Tickets.'

    If you are unable to locate them, then I suggest calling Disney Vacation Club Member Services at (800) 800-9800. Sometimes in an email, you'll receive a confirmation number for tickets and you can enter that number in your My Disney Experience account under 'Tickets.'
