Hey there, Ana! We are so glad you've stopped by planDisney with your question about your tickets for your upcoming trip.
Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear you've noticed that you made theme park ticket reservations for the wrong park. I took a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and at the time of writing this, there is availability for both parks on the date you are planning to visit. This means you can definitely change your theme park ticket reservations. Unfortunately, there is no way to do this without first canceling your current theme park ticket reservations. If you currently hold a reservation for a day on your ticket it will not show you availability for that date if you tried to book a new reservation. If it's a one-day ticket, you will get an error saying that the ticket has reached its limit.
To cancel your reservation, just head to the
Ticket and Reservation Details page. Now you will click on "View My Park Reservations". This will bring you to a page that will show your upcoming reservations and give you the option to cancel that reservation. After you've canceled, you can go back to the Tickets and Reservation Details page and make new theme park ticket reservations. I do recommend checking the calendar again right before you cancel to make sure there is still availability for the park you want before you cancel the reservation.
Ana, thanks again for stopping by! I hope you have the best time at Disneyland Park during the most wonderful time of the year.
Carrie
