    I recently ordered and received magic bands for my wife and I. When they were delivered, we only received one magic slider with the two bands we are both pass holders. Why did we only get one and how can we get another.

    Hi, James!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am so excited to hEAR that you and your wife recently became Walt Disney World Annual Passholders!  I know that you are going to love all of the benefits that come with your yEAR of magic as an Annual Passholder.  Be sure to explore all of the discounts and Passholder Extras that you can now take advantage of.

    Along with the purchase of your Annual Passes, each Passholder should receive a MagicBand, along with an Annual Passholder slider to wear on your MagicBand.  Since you and your wife are both Annual Passholders, you both should have received the sliders when your MagicBands were delivered.  Since only one slider was included with your MagicBands, I would recommend that you call the Help Center phone number for Annual Passholders.  I'm sure that a Cast Member will be able to get this straightened out for you faster than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
