I recently ordered a few digital downloads of pictures from Photopass. But I have no idea where to download them from. I got the confirmation email of the purchase but no link to download was provided. Thanks!

Hi there, Maria! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you so, so much for stopping by with your question!

I actually went through the same thing back in September, and I'm just a bit ashamed to say that I didn't know what to do either. Luckily, I figured it out pretty quickly, which means that I get to share that knowledge with you today!

Maria, if you've already purchased the digital downloads, all you need to do is open the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, and select the Photos box. Once here, simply locate each one of the photos that you purchased and download them from here! You'll notice that none of the photos that you purchased have a watermark on them anymore, so it should be easier for you to locate them in the sea of Disney PhotoPass pictures.

Please keep in mind that PhotoPass photos will expire and disappear from your account exactly 45 days after they were taken, so I would suggest downloading them to your phone as soon as possible. If you'd like to request an extension, you can purchase a Photo Extension package directly from the PhotoPass Products webpage, which will automatically give you 15 extra days to download your vacation pictures.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us! It's always such a sweet treat when our friends stop by to say hello. Have a magical day!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
