I recently moved to southern and interested in the Imagine key but my ID does not show my current address. What will I need to purchase the imagine key online? Also what other documents can I show at the park?

Hi Norie-Anne! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

I am thrilled that Magic Key sales will be opening back up. It's a great time to enjoy more access to the parks, special perks, and fantastic discounts. I was able to become a Magic Key holder for the first time last year, and my family has really benefited from the dining discounts. We love to dine in the parks, so it is a great value for us. If you're living closer to the parks, I think you'd really love being a Magic Key holder as well!

To purchase an Imagine Key online, you'll need to have your profile updated to reflect your current address before putting the Imagine Key in your cart. However, according to the terms of the Imagine Key, which is limited to Guests who live in select ZIP Codes, you must present a government-issued ID proving your residency in an eligible ZIP Code to enter the parks with an Imagine Key. If you don't have a current government-issued ID proving your residence, this is certainly a good time to consider it as the Imagine Key does offer incredible value for locals. Unfortunately, there are no other documents you can provide to demonstrate your residence in an eligible ZIP Code. I'm sorry if that's disappointing. Hopefully, you're able to start the process soon and enjoy the perks of an Imagine Key!

If you can't update your ID, that won't prevent you from considering another Magic Key. There are several to choose from and they each have their own unique benefits. Read through those terms carefully prior to purchasing, including important details such as blockout dates. Prices and terms associated with all Magic Keys are subject to change.

There are so many Guests eager to secure their Magic Key. I'd suggest being online and ready to go right as sales open, so you're one of the first in the queue. Some Magic Keys might sell out quickly. Be sure you don't close your browser or tab once you're in the queue: You don't want to lose your place.

    Good luck!
