I recently moved to southern California and don't have my new ID yet can I use my lease agreement and old ID as proof of residency for the southern California ticket?

    Hey Laura!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on your recent move to Southern California. You must be so excited to be living close to the Happiest Place on Earth. I know that for my family, we love escaping to the Magic and adventure of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park for the day or a quick weekend trip. We always try to find something new to do or a new place to eat to keep things exciting.

I see you’ve already heard the great news about the SoCal Resident Ticket. This weekday theme park ticket is for Southern California residents within ZIP codes 90000- 93599 and Northern Baja California residents within ZIP codes 21000-22999. The only acceptable proof of residency is a government-issued ID or driver's license. If you haven’t done so already, you’ll want to head to the DMV to get the process going. The paperwork you receive from the DMV, the temporary ID/ Driver’s License,  is an acceptable form of proof of residency while you're waiting for the physical card to arrive.

Well Laura, if you have any other questions for us please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
