I recently moved to SoCal from Canada. I want to get the SoCal resident ticket, but I only have my Canadian ID at the moment. Could I bring something else for proof of residency along with using my Canadian ID for photo verification?

Hi there Stephanie, welcome to the Golden State of California!  I hope you had a smooth transition and move!

For the So Cal Resident Ticket Offer, you do need to show proof of eligible residency within ZIP codes 90000 to 93599 with a valid government-issued photo ID.  If you do not have that, you will need to obtain one from your local California Department of Motor Vehicles office.  The good news is that the So Cal Resident Ticket Offer does not expire until June 2, 2024, so hopefully you still have plenty of time to obtain that new California ID and take advantage of the great offer!

There are so many exciting events and entertainment coming to the Disneyland Resort in 2024!  I highly recommend checking out this article from the Disney Parks Blog, I am most excited for the return of Fantasmic! and Pixar Fest.  It truly is going to be a magical year!

I hope you are enjoying every minute of the California sunshine, Stephanie!  If you need help with any other questions, please do not hesitate to come back and ask!

    Have a magical day!
