Hi Cecelia, welcome to planDisney!
Good news! There are multiple ways other than having a valid Florida driver's license or Florida state-issued ID card to meet the
proof of Florida residency requirements for Walt Disney World.
If you can provide one of the following, dated within the past two months, with evidence of your Florida home address (post office boxes are not accepted) you should be good to go!
- A current mortgage statement
- A current homeowner's insurance policy or bill
- A current automobile registration, insurance policy, or bill
- A current utility bill (e.g., power, phone, cable, water)
- Mail from a financial institution (e.g., checking, savings, or investment account)
- Mail from federal, state, county, or city government agencies
In addition to providing one of the above documents to
Guest Relations, you will also need to provide a picture ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, or state identification card). Please note, current statements and bills printed from electronic versions are acceptable, along with electronic bills provided on your smartphone or tablet device.
Cecelia, as a Florida resident, you will want to keep an eye on the
special offers available to Florida residents for savings opportunities. You can also find announcements of special offers in the
Disney Parks Blog as they become available.
Thanks again for stopping by planDisney! Please let us know if you have further questions as you start to plan your next vacation to Walt Disney World.
