Kimberly from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We recently moved to Cali and do not have a Cali drivers license. Can we visit DL in the next month with our Arizona license and a copy of our California lease agreement and utility bill? We don't want to get the entrance and have an issue.

Hi there Kimberly, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy you stopped by en route to sunny California.

Congratulations on your big move; you're officially one of Mickey Mouse's neighbors, and you've arrived just in time! During the current phase of reopening, you are welcome as can be as new residents of the Golden State. To make theme park reservations, you'll need to update your Disneyland account to reflect your new address. Once your account is associated with a valid California address, you can access the theme park reservation system, and you'll be on your way to a land of magic!

Upon arrival at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, you may be asked to provide additional proof of residency, so any official documents you have will be helpful. Just to be on the safe side, I'd bring a copy of something that affirms your new location.

Best wishes with your move, Kimberly, and if there is anything else we can do to help you to enjoy the Disneyland Resort as local visitors, come back anytime. Be sure to follow us on social media before you set off on your journey to get an idea of what to expect when you visit the Happiest Place on Earth during this historic reopening period. Thanks again for sending your question our way, and we'll see ya real soon!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
