Hi, I just recently got married and got a new drivers license. I’m trying to use the my Disney experience app to buy a ticket. How do I change the drivers license number on the residency verification? It still has my old one.

    Hi Megan!

To begin, CONGRATULATIONS on your marriage!!!!! I'm so excited for you!!

A form should pop up when you are purchasing Florida Resident tickets via your My Disney Experience mobile app. In the form, you enter your name, date of birth and driver's license number. If it's not coming up for you, I recommend you call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members on the Help Desk are amazing! Not only are they experts at My Disney ExperienceMagicBands and FastPass+, they are super friendly! I know they will be able to assist you so you can purchase your tickets.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Enjoy every magical moment of your marriage and please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
