    Hello, I recently made hotel reservations, took time off work, coming from out of state and went to buy tickets but date was sold out. Am I able to still buy tickets at the gate for a sold out date online? Thanks

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question to us. I’ll be more than happy to help answer any questions you may have. 

    To visit the Disneyland Resort, you will need both a valid theme park ticket and a theme park reservation. I do see that there’s no longer available to purchase theme park tickets or schedule reservations for the day you are planning on visiting. My fellow Panelist, Tiffanie, recommends booking your stay at a Disney Resort Hotel, as a resort Guest, you’ll have access to a different calendar with different availability. I recommend calling the Hotel Reservations line to see if there’s any availability to book a room and purchase theme park tickets with theme park reservations as a resort Guest.
