You may not be able to locate the tickets you previously linked under the “My Disneyland” tab when logged into your account on
Disneyland.com. However, if you linked them either online or in the Disneyland app and you do see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section when logged into your
Disneyland app, you should be able to make
theme park reservations when you’re ready.
On the home screen of the Disneyland app is a section labeled “Park Reservations.” Tap “Manage or Make Reservations” to reach the theme park reservations page. (You can also reach this same web page by accessing the system through
Disneyland.com.) Next, tap “Book Theme Park Reservation.” On the next screen, all your linked tickets should appear so you can select which tickets you want to use to create the reservation for your group. If you have followed these steps and still aren't able to make your reservation, please call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.
