    Hi there, I have recently linked my Account to my cousin’s and in doing so I can only see reservations that I have personally booked and none of what she has, I am unable to see any fast passes and dining plans. Can you help at all?

    Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with family members is so much fun. I usually travel to the Walt Disney World Resort with my cousins too. I am happy to hear that you have already started planning your trip. My Disney Experience makes planning a magical time so much easier. Since you are connected to your cousin’s “My Family and Friends List.” There is a setting that she can update on her end to allow you to see her plans.

    Ask her to log in to My Disney Experience and click on the “My Family and Friends List.” She will need to scroll down her list to your name and click update in the line with your name. Your cousin can choose which plans you see. If she selects the “All My Plans” button and then clicks “Save” you should be able to see all of her plans the next time you log in. If that does not work, you may need to contact a Cast Member at 0800 16 90 749 for more assistance with your accounts. Happy Planning!
