I recently had to have a leg amputated, does Disney still allow front of the line access for such reasons?

    Hi, Jeremy!

Oh my goodness! I hope you are healing well and I'm thrilled that you're considering celebrating your recovery at the Disneyland Resort. Your tenacity and strength are incredible!

I recommend that you look into the Disability Access Service (known as DAS) to help with your visit. Disney wants every guest to be able to enjoy the parks to their fullest! DAS is designed to help those who are unable to wait in traditional queues. To find out if you're eligible for DAS, and register for the program if that's the right solution, you can chat with a Cast Member between 30 and 2 days prior to your trip. You can also see frequently asked questions about the DAS program here

Depending on your specific needs, you may not need to register for DAS. If you will be visiting the parks in a wheelchair or scooter then you do not need DAS—you will either wait in the standard queue (if it is accessible) or speak with a Cast Member at the attraction to receive a return time based on the current wait time and then return to an alternate entrance. You can read more about specific attraction access for guests using mobility devices on the Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities page.

Jeremy, I hope you know just how super you are! Please let me know if I can help answer additional questions as you plan your visit to the parks

    Keep moving forward!
