Hello! As recently learned that both Water Parks are going to be opened during Summer 2025, I was wondering if I could visit both at the same day, using the free visit on check in day perk.

Hey there, Carolina! Thanks for swimming over to planDisney with your water parks question!

It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation is just a couple of months away. How exciting! I know a lot of people are very excited about both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach being open together for the first time since 2019, so let’s dive in and get you the info you're looking for.

I talked with a friendly Cast Member and they said that the water park benefit available to Disney Resorts Collection hotel guests in 2025 grants admission to one water park on your check-in day. So unfortunately no water park hopping, but the good news is that both water parks have so much to offer that you can’t go wrong. Do you want to play in the melting winter wonderland of Blizzard Beach or the tropical splendor of Typhoon Lagoon? The choice is yours!

I just got back from a trip to Walt Disney World where we took advantage of the complimentary admission to Blizzard Beach. We had a blast and it proved to be one of the highlights of our trip. I especially loved floating down Cross Country Creek—the park’s lazy river—after a day of air travel. As long as Walt Disney World continues to offer this benefit, I think we’ll be making sure we arrive in plenty of time to enjoy it.

Carolina, I hope this information helps with your vacation planning. Feel free to float on back to plandDisney if you have any other questions. We’re all happy to help!

    Magical travels!
