    We just recently learned about 'Bounce back' offer. We were there in May 2017 and don't recall any pamphlet offering a Bounce back offer. Is it available all the time? We are returning Sept 2018. Will Bounceback be available then?

    Hi Donald,

    I have been traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort for forty years and I only discovered Bounce Back Offers at the Disney resort hotels in the last half decade. Now I look for them every time my family travels to Orlando. It is so exciting to find a glossy brochure in your hotel room offering an extraordinary deal on your next Disney vacation. That's for sure! 

    I can say from experience that Bounce Back Offers are not available all the time. Their appearance is somewhat unpredictable, sort of like pixie dust. You just never know when that special brand of magic will appear. I would suggest, however, that you call down to the Front Desk at your Disney resort hotel even if you don't find a pamphlet on the coffee table or countertop in your guest room. The Cast Members who answer the phone will be happy to direct you as to whether any offers are currently available.

    I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that you will find a generous Bounce Back Offer on your trip in September.
