    We recently got home from our magical vacation! We bought our son a small toy monorail as a souvenir. He loved it but unfortunately it broke. Is there a way to purchase a replacement online? Thanks in advance.

    I'm so glad to hear your vacation was magical but I'm sure your little mouseketeer is sad about the monorail. While, yes, you can purchase Disney Parks merchandise online, I would also give them a call to explain what happened. Maybe they can work something out for you. You can contact them at toll free 877-560-6477 or merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com.
