    Hi! I have recently heard about resorts hosting "fun runs" in the morning, such as the Boardwalk. I am staying at the Polynesian in April and would like to know if they offer anything like this also? Thank you!!!!

    Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel, and hello to a fellow NJ Disney Guest!

    I'm happy to hear you have a Walt Disney World vacation coming up with a stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! We absolutely loved our stay at the Resort earlier this year. We especially loved taking in the nighttime Happily Ever After fireworks from a beach view.  

    One of the great things I love about staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is the wide range of recreational offerings that add even more magic to a vacation. A number of Walt Disney World Resort hotels do offer Fun Run events, including Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Port Orleans-French Quarter Resort, Disney's All Star Resorts, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Beach Club Resort, and Disney's Boardwalk Inn. My good friend and fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist Ashley shares some more details about these Fun Runs. There is a Pineapple Dash Fun Run scheduled for Disney's Polynesian Village Resort on Monday, December 31, though I don't have any details on whether this will be a regularly scheduled Fun Run like those at the other Resort hotels I mentioned. I'd certainly encourage you to check with the Resort as your vacation time gets closer. While not an organized Fun Run per se, there is a really nice jogging trail connecting Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The trail offers some beautiful views of Seven Seas Lagoon.
